I've spent years of my life balancing my devotion to personal development and my own search for purpose with my role as a mom, a wife, and an entrepreneur - and I've learned a few things about finding balance, setting boundaries, and committing to self-love along the way.
Every challenging time I went through as a stay-at-home mom led to one very important realization: if I wanted to make a real, meaningful difference in the world, I needed to find my purpose first.
So, with a whole lot of self-love, a healthy dose of intuition, and some sturdy boundaries of my own, that's exactly what I did.
