Every woman I talk to is craving a bit of space to relax, regroup and recharge. That's normal, because you can't keep showing up for your family long term if you don't take time to refuel yourself.
After a particularly hard time in my life 10 years ago, I realized: One of the greatest gifts you can give your family is your happiness. It doesn't matter how much you do for your family if you're doing it from a place of emptiness, frustration and resentment.
