How to Let Go of Resentment and Forgive Fast

Challenge: Practice the “Feel It to Heal It” method whenever your feelings are hurt or something’s bothering you. This is a powerful healing tool that I use weekly and sometimes even daily. How to do it? Simply sit still and notice your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Where are you feeling the emotions in your body? Perhaps you feel sadness in your heart area, or tension in your neck or jaw, or anger in your stomach. Don’t shy away from these sensations. Instead, lean in and truly FEEL IT to HEAL IT. You’ll notice the sensations start to dissolve the minute you do this.
