Mom’s 5-Day Sanity Saver Meditation Challenge: Day 4

day 4

I hope you enjoyed yesterday's meditation about Becoming Less Reactive and More Patient. Today's meditation builds on that by showing you how to let go of resentment, hurt and worry.

In life we continually face experiences that might cause stress, worry, frustration, resentment, fear, self-pity, or sadness. These feelings can prevent us from being fully in touch with our authentic self, the person of love and light we’ve gotten to know better this week.

In this meditation you’ll have the opportunity to notice any negative emotions inside of you and to let them go. As we release worry, resentment and other emotional pain, we simultaneously increase our happiness, which is not only wonderful for ourselves, but it’s contagious and benefits our loved ones. For this reason, by investing in your happiness through regular meditation you are simultaneously investing in the happiness of the people you love. What a beautiful gift!

When you finish, head over to the Vibrant Happy Women Facebook Group where I'll be sharing even more tips and tricks about how to “feel it to heal it” and finally finding the forgiveness and peace and lighthearted living you often long for.

And set an alarm on your phone for TODAY at 12 noon Central Time (1 pm Eastern, 10 am Pacific) for a Free LIVE Training: “5 Easy Ways to Find Greater Light and Meaning – Even if Life is Hard or Busy.” You don't need to sign up. Just show up in the Vibrant Happy Women Facebook Group on Thursday at the time specified above.

(And be sure to check your email again tomorrow (Friday) for the Day 5 meditation all about Sharing Love and Light. This guided meditation will help you go forward and continue to build on what you've learned this week!)

With much love,
