Being an introvert, I didn't know if this would be my kind of thing, but the Vibrant Happy Women's Retreat was truly an amazing and life changing experience for me. It was so energizing and fulfilling that I can't really find a way to describe it...you just need to experience for yourself the power of spending time in a beautiful setting with women who bring out the best in you and make you see your life from a new, empowered perspective.

FLIGHTS AND ARRIVAL
Your adventure begins as you fly to the Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on Wednesday, January 28th (or earlier if you opt for extra days at the resort). Once you land, take the Club Med shuttle to the resort, where you can check in any time after 10:00 am on Wednesday. Then, immerse yourself in the resort's ambiance and activities, unwind on the beach, and indulge in unlimited gourmet delights and beverages until the retreat begins Wednesday evening.
THE SCHEDULE
The retreat kicks off with a welcoming Get-to-Know You Mixer and Group Dinner on Wednesday evening. This is also when you'll meet your small group leader and the nine other women in your small group. (These women will be your closest friends at the retreat and beyond!) Thursday, you'll begin to immerse yourself in a series of inspiring workshops led by Jen and other excellent presenters. You'll also have plenty of time to enjoy fun, sun, and new friendships...and that's just the start! Check out the detailed schedule below.


ATTENDEES
Who comes to the retreat? Women from every corner of the globe, seeking clarity, with a passion for personal growth, or a nightstand piled high with self-help books! Participants venture from as far as Australia or from as close as Florida, each bringing her unique story. Whether single, married, divorced, widowed... parenting, child-free, empty nesting... introverted or extroverted... flourishing, or just getting by—everyone finds their place. Prepare to be astounded by the emotional safety and authenticity fostered at our retreat.
COMING ALONE?
Arriving solo is perfectly okay (that's what most attendees do!). Our Wednesday night Get-to-Know You Mixer and intimate 10-person small groups, each guided by a Certified Life Coach, guarantee you'll quickly make friends and start having fun from the very first hour. We're confident you'll create some of the most genuine, deep-rooted, and soulful friendships of your life that will continue to flourish for years to come!

The resort is bursting with a plethora of activities, including kayaking, yoga, fitness and dance classes, pickleball, archery, tennis, beach volleyball, bocce ball, mini-golf, paddle boarding, sailing, trapeze school, and beyond! You're also invited to pamper yourself with spa treatments and massages or dive into adventure with Club Med-sponsored excursions and kitesurfing, all available for an additional charge. Retreat attendees also delight in leisurely, extended meals, allowing us to relish every gourmet dish or dessert the resort presents!
