Happy Bit: Do You Rock Your Morning Routine?
In this episode I share my exact morning routine that I've been rocking for a few weeks now and love. And you'll learn a connection between jumping and your pelvic floor (what? did I really just say that?)
I really love to read. Yet, as a mom of six, I don’t really have time for it. Lately I’ve discovered audio books, and I’m loving it! My last great book series, sad to admit, was the Twilight series. I know, I know. It’s bad. Anyway… I've teamed up with audible.com to offer you a free audio book. Just go to vibranthappybook.com and it will send you right there. You’ll also get a free thirty-day trial to get all the books you want.
Now on to our Happy Bit.
I've always loved organizing things. Even at age 5 I would spend hours meticulously organizing my room. I have always loved planners and schedules and lists. I LOVE to make lists, even to this day.
One thing that makes my life much easier now is using my Week-at-a-Glance schedule every week. I love seeing everything I need to do each day and to see where the free spaces in my time might be.
Another help for my productivity and happiness is my morning routine. I have been enjoying (yes, ENJOYING!) getting up at 4am lately and then doing a bit of jumping on my rebounder (fancy mini trampoline), meditating for 10 minutes, journaling, prayer and whatever else helps me start the day with positivity and OOMPH. It's like an injection of happiness that carries me all day long!
What are YOUR morning routines? What helps you start YOUR day off right? I'd love to hear about it. Just email me at email@example.com. Let's ROCK our routines together!
MAKE it great week!
And remember to get your free audio book at vibranthappybook.com.
