Happy Bit: Creating a Word Board
We've all heard of vision boards, but have you ever created a word board? In this episode I tell you how.
Create a Word Board that helps you feel the way you want to feel. Example words: positive, successful, focused, calm empowered ,warm, loving, nurturer, yogi, expanding, happy, abundant… Make it your own. Use lots of beautiful colors that inspire you. Use the word board to help you generate the feeling you want. Like attracts like so when you feel the way you want to feel, you're attracting even more abundance and happiness into your life. This is what we call ALIGNMENT.
