Have you tried to establish a consistent morning routine, only to “mess up” one morning, causing you to give up completely. In this Happy Bit I give you a more doable strategy.
Get a blank journal and write down whatever you do in the morning (don't make it rigid) and then track mood and energy at the end of the day. Start to notice which morning routine items have the greatest impact on mood and energy.
