Happy Bit: Perspective
When we face problems in life, sometimes, we do not know how to get through them, and we do not know what to do. We need to gain perspective on things so we will not feel stressed about our problems. It is all about perspective. Try it, you will be amazed at how you may solve your problems in a less stressful way.

“I want to challenge you to try. The first one would be to gain a bigger picture of perspective. Imagine you are going back, back, back, up, up, up, through the sky, through the atmosphere of the earth. All the way back to about the level of the moon. Allowing yourself to see the entire planet. Look down at where you live. You could see your home state and imagine where your city might be. And just look there and think about your problem. And suddenly, you would not seem so big. And perhaps the stress will melt away, and you will be able to see the answer or a way through that problem or simply, have less stress surviving that problem.”
“Now let us move in an opposite direction. I want you to magnify something zoom in on anything that surround you. Perhaps a bird outside your window or a blade of grass or the little bug or your daughter's eye lashes. Zoom in on something and contemplate the sheer majesty and amazingness of that one thing, and suddenly again, your problem would not seem might such like a big deal when you can be mindful of the beauties around you.”
