Happy Bit: Waking Up on YOUR Terms
A great challenge for everyone is to wake up on your own terms. Everyone should try and do that so you can focus more during the day. Start with an exercise, or a meditation or anything that can start your day right. You will find that you will be more in control of your life once you start these good habit.
