“Nicola Tesla: if you want the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.

“We turned a corner hard, with 180 degrees, just by getting rid of basic bad things and putting a lot of good things in my baby’s diet. We discovered the green smoothie.”

“I ran across a quote by Einstein: ‘Everything in life is vibration.' I need to know more about that.”

“Figuring out what to do – what goes beyond food – how to metabolize emotion, how to metabolize or leverage thought processes, how to control them and how to stay in the high frequencies – Ggratitude, peace and love are high frequency emotions – and flow. We love being in those states.”

“There is a much more important way to evaluate food, and that is electromagnetic frequency, the frequencies or the vibration of our foods. It’s not something that we have a scale for, but we know when we are in a high state because we are smarter, more creative, we’re more forgiving, we’re more compassionate, we’re in flow in our work, we are loving our work, we’re not fighting all these other energies of the universe and of other people around us. That’s what high vibration life is.”

Some of Robyn's Favorite Things:

“Getting the oxygen flowing and the blood moving. I do love yoga. I feel amazing when I do that. I’m a competitive tennis player, so I play tennis a few times a week. Or I’ll do 20 minutes of cardio, sometimes two of those.

“I make this amazing pink smoothie almost every morning. It has beets and carrots, liquid of a coconut, some frozen strawberries and some cashews and a couple of dates and I would blend it all up.”

“Getting a little loving from my kiddies. Some physical contact, lots of hugs. Massage therapist.”

Favorite Books: “Terry Warner or Arbinger Institute that he founded. He's a Ph.D. philosopher from BYU where I live. The Peacegiver, Bonds that Make us Free.”

Best advice received: “I was married for 20 years and raised 4 children and became a single mom. Divorce is catastrophic, but… LET GO of more things. LET GO of what doesn’t serve.”

What does it mean to be a Vibrant, Happy Woman?

“Living true to my purpose. My purpose is to be happier and healthier and work towards that every day.”
