“The beautiful thing about having an abundant and amazing life is that there are low points every single day and I really feel like, for me, it isn’t that I have a low point, then all of a sudden everything is high up afterward. It’s that I had a low point and figured out a way to reframe and really take responsibility for the low points and use them as opportunities.”
“Your task is not to seek for love but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. – Rumi”
“Saying no is the fastest way to clearing space for a yes. Right? So that is a big part of claiming who you are. It’s not being negative or mean to say no because it might be being negative and mean to say “yes” and actually saying “no” to something else. There are two sides to every coin. So when we say yes, we are also saying no to something. Because we have a human capacity. So what if it truly is just something that you want or don’t want, and you decide that? So I acted that out. I am a physical learner.”
Jaya's “Bomb Cilantro Tahini Sauce”
1 c. tahini or roasted sunflower seeds
1 c. water
1 c. fresh cilantro
Juice of 3 lemons or 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic or tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. salt or 1/4 cup amino acids
1 Tbsp. honey or coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cumin
Blend in food processor or blender until creamy. It will thicken in the refrigerator; add water as needed.
