In this happy bit, I share my 4-step process for setting goals that have motivation and energy behind them so you can keep moving forward all year long.

Steps in Jen's Goal Setting Process:

  1. Decide how you want to FEEL in the major areas of your life (home, work, friends, volunteering, etc)
  2. Determine what would most help you feel that way and set a goal or intention.
  3. Discover your Big Why – the reason you want to achieve this, or the motivation behind achieving this feeling.
  4. Create a Vision Cue (an image in your mind that quickly and easily evokes the feeling you want to have and incorporates a bit of your goal or intention).
