Happy Bit: Be Grateful for Yourself
Why not celebrate who you are? It makes you so much more effective as a person, a mom, an employee, a volunteer, rather than on focusing on where you lack. Because on things that we lack makes it harder for us to really love others.

“I want to challenge you to list some things you are grateful for about yourself. So often we focus on what is lacking in our lives but we especially focus on was lacking in our ourselves. We think that we are not good enough or we should be doing some certain things. Today, let those shoulds go and truly celebrate who you are.”
“Look at yourself in that perspective and celebrate yourself today. You might even get out your journal and write down 10 things you are grateful for about yourself. And start to carry this attitude forward.”
