Happy Bit: Replacing Beliefs That Don’t Serve You
What do you believe for yourself? Does your belief make you a better person? If not, change your belief. Tell yourself something that serves you better. If you are impatient, tell yourself that you are non-reactive. The more you say that to yourself, the more it will become a reality.
