Happy Bit: How to Simplify Your Holidays (+ my Fondue Recipes)

Do a brain dump of (write down) EVERYTHING you need to do between now and January 1st. Then cross off half of it. Also, be sure to keep a strong morning practice of meditation, journaling, prayer, and exercise.
